Well Jack got his first "boo boo" at school and we had to put a "sponge bob" band-aid on it. He is very excited about this! It came off last night before bed and we had a meltdown because of it, first thing this morning he asked for a "ponge bob band aid"...too cute! He walked into school to show off the band-aid, he wanted to take pictures of it...cracking me up! Enjoy!!

Me and my favorite cousin, the above picture is me last year, wow have I grown!!!

Over the weekend we went apple picking with Guncle, Auntie Anne, ANDY, Aunt Marci & "Duke". Jack loves apples and can not get enough! He ate 4 of them while we were picking our basketful......needless to say there was a "poop" explosion by the time we got home! We had a blast and what a difference a year makes! Thanks for inviting us and we look forward to next year! We love you guys!!

Jack is very busy at school. We had picture day and show & tell. Of course Jack had to bring in his "GO CUBS" book to share with the class, and apparently is still saying "chhheeeeeeeesssse" from picture day. Had our 1st parent teacher conference last night, overall Jack is a joy to the classroom, lots of energy and likes to "test" the boundaries! The goal for the school year is to play nice and share with others and hopefully learn a few other things along the way! We are so very happy with your new school Jack, by the time you are in kindergarten you will be a PRO!!

Jack had so much fun this weekend with Uncle "D" & Aunt "Antha" and Grandma & Grandpa! Thanks for spending the weekend with us and playing and letting me all the apples I ever wanted! Here are a few pictures to capture the weekend!

Obsessed with Elmo

When I say Jack is obsessed with Elmo and the Chicago Cubs, I am really not exaggerating! Here a a few pictures of Jack wanting to watch Sesame Street and of course we have to have our Cheerios & Milk in Elmo cup and bowl....is there any other way???

Jack's 2 year old checkup

Well today we went to the doctor for Jack's two year old check up! Jack is doing awesome...right on track! Jack you were such a big boy today and only had to get one shot and a finger poke for some blood work! We are so proud of you! Here are your stats.....you weigh 24 lbs and 13 oz (10%) your are 34 3/4" tall (50-75%) and head circumference is 47 cm (10%). According to Dr. Braverman you will be a tall skinny kid.....perhaps a future Cub baseball player!!

Happy Birthday Jack!! We can not believe you are two! Today you brought in "co cos" & elmo fruit punch to school to celebrate with your friends! They made you a crown to wear for the day....you were the King! Tonight we went to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate with Aunt Marci & "Duke". We know you had a great day! We love you and we are so fortunate to have you part of our family!!

Saturday we had Jack's 2nd birthday party (he turns 2 on the 4th) and it was a HUGE success! We appreciate everyone coming and celebrating with us! Jack really had a great time and we are very appreciative for all the generous gifts! Special thank you to Auntie Anne for making the "elmo" cupcakes, that was a big hit with Jack! We are so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends. We love you guys!!
