Over labor day weekend we had Jack's Cubs party. It was really cute, we sent out invitations that looked like a baseball ticket and asked everyone to wear their favorite Cubs shirt. We served "ball game" food, like hot dogs, and peanuts and popcorn and nachos. It was a big success. Jack had an absolute blast, and a week later he is still talking about it! Thanks to everyone who came and of course all of your very generous gifts! This child is so blessed and loved to have you all in his life!

Well the birthday party celebration continued all last weekend! Jack's actual birthday was Friday, where Mommy & Daddy and Jack spent the afternoon and evening with good old Chuckie Cheese. Jack had a blast as usual!

Wow wasn't really sure how much we can celebrate Jack's 3rd birthday, you can tell this child is so loved! We had his 1st birthday party at Grandma & Grandpa's house and he LOVED the spiderman themed party! Thank you all for the wonderful gifts and great time, as you can tell fun was had by all!

Look who is 3 today! Happy Birthday Jack!!! I can't believe my baby boy is 3 years old today! Wow where does the time go! Jack had a great morning at "school" and got to celebrate with his buddies and we will be celebrating all weekend! We love you so much Jack and very honored to be your Mommy & Daddy!

1st Day of Preschool

Today was Jack's 1st day of preschool. He moved into the 3 & 4 year old rooms and my baby is getting to be so old! His best buddy Troy was back at school today and the boys were so HAPPY, jumping up and down and hugging each other! It was so cute and am so glad that they are in the same room with Ms. Jenni & Ms. Karen. Jack, remember you will always be Mommy's baby boy!

Sweet Lou

About a week after going to the baseball game, Jack was standing at our landing and he said to me: "Mommy, look I am just like Sweet Lou". Seriously he remembers how the Cubs coach was standing at the game....too funny!

Perk

Sometimes when on business trips there are certain "perks" that are AWESOME, I think Jack found his! Jack was in complete awe of the Cubs games because we had great seats right behind cubs dugout. He could see all of his favorite players and of course "Sweet Lou". Baseball is definitely in his blood!

First Business Trip

Daddy and Jack came with Mommy on a business trip! Jack LOVES staying in hotels! One of the most exciting things for Jack was to take a shower! Of course once we were back home it is back to "tubbys" but while on the road it is only showers! Jack you are getting way to big, remember you will always be Mommy's baby boy!

A couple of weeks ago Aunt MeMe was in town and Meema took us out to lunch to the Choo Choo. We went there when we were little kids, oh the memories! Jack had a blast and I think most excited about the "choo choo" cupcake. There is talks of closing the restaurant, however nothing definite as of yet, we are hoping it never closes and Jack can bring his kids there one day! We went back to Meema's and went swimming, what a great day! Thank you Meema and Aunt MeMe when will you be visiting again?? We love you!
